33밀리언에 마켓에 나온 레이건 대통령 부부가 살았던 캘리포니아의 하우스

Ronald and Nancy Reagan’s longtime property in Pacific Palisades, Calif. is going on the market for $33 million.

The Reagans’ home, which they built in the 1950s, no longer stands. In its place is a newly built, roughly 10,000-square-foot house.

The developers salvaged the bar from the Reagans’ living room and installed it in the new house.

The heated swimming pool.

Fully furnished, with staging by Meridith Baer Home, the property has more than $1 million worth of art on the walls, the developers said. The art and furniture are available for sale with the house if the buyer chooses, but are not included in the price.

The property has city and ocean views.

The main house has five bedrooms plus staff quarters.

A bathroom.

The Reagans sold their home in 1982, after moving to the White House.

Mr. Reagan was in the shower when he learned he’d won the 1980 presidential election. The developers kept the door of the shower, restored it and installed it in a bathroom off the library, with a plaque explaining its significance
